Overview In this role you will oversee the end-to-end implementation and data migration of general payroll for Deel’s clients. You’ll lead cross-functional onboarding, define payroll processes, and ensure accurate data transfer and smooth go-lives. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to manage scope, timelines, and documentation, delivering a reliable payroll setup that scales with customer needs. and systems for parallel and live payroll in month 1–2 * Lead go-live, sign-off, and documentation of client-specific needs and processes; generate payroll data reports * Prepare and map GL reports as needed * Serve as primary point of contact for payroll project matters with regular senior leadership updates * Oversee end-to-end global payroll implementation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery * Gather client requirements and guide technical payroll onboarding with stakeholders * Collaborate with HR and Finance for requirements gathering; ensure compliance with local laws * Oversee data migration from legacy to new system; implement testing and change management * Develop and execute testing plans to identify and resolve issues; manage transition to new system * Maintain changeManagement practices to ensure a smooth employee experience Requisitos principales * 5+ years of experience in
