Задачи: * Lead and supervise an accounting team of 2–3 people, ensuring effective task distribution and professional development * Prepare group consolidation adjustments * Analyze and monitor adjustments for GAAP differences between local GAAP and US GAAP * Prepare and deliver the monthly Reporting Package to the Group * Perform Flux Analysis and justify the main variances * Collaborate on external audits * Assist in reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Provide financial reports to senior management and assist in analyzing financial results and KPIs * Ensure the accuracy and compliance of group accounting records * Oversee and review group accounting operations across the group * Guarantee compliance with local and global accounting regulations across the group * Participate in implementing and enhancing accounting tools and ERP systems * Implement process improvements to optimize time and resources * Propose and execute automation and efficiency initiatives within financial processes Требования: * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field * Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance * Big 4 experience is required * Advanced knowledge of Spanish GAAP * Solid knowledge of group consolidation processes and intercompany eliminations * Proven experience in external or internal audit cycles and statutory reporting * Advanced proficiency in Excel * Strong financial analysis skills * Strong leadership and team management abilities * Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Fluent in Spanish * Advanced level of English * Nice to have: US GAAP knowledge, experience with ERP systems and reporting tools, experience with AI tools and automation workflows
