The Role
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced professional to join our team as Market Registration & Compliance Manager. In this critical integral role, you will design, implement, and own the end-to-end vehicle registration processes across diverse markets.



You will ensure compliance with country-specific regulatory frameworks and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enable operational excellence and market success.
The end goal is a ready-to-ride experience in every market: the customer orders and receives the motorcycle registered, with plates, through a service Stark Future charges for. Registration will become a profit-generating service, and this role will build and lead the team that delivers it.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement country-specific registration strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for OEM registration, VIN pre-registration, import processes, licensing, and distribution.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams on the VAT models and legal entity structures required for specific country vehicle registration processes.
- Own the end-to-end vehicle registration workflows and processes, including acquiring plate numbers and necessary documentation.
