What You’ll Be Doing (The Big Picture)
As our Entry-Level Help Desk Technician, you are the first line of defense for our technical support operations You’ll serve as an essential problem solver,



taking incoming help desk calls, resolving support tickets, and ensuring our clients have a seamless technology experience. From imaging PCs and setting up user workstations to monitoring system alerts, managing Active Directory permissions, and assisting with installations, you’ll play a key role in keeping our systems and clients running smoothly every day.

Your Core Responsibilities
1. End-User Support & Day-to-Day Troubleshooting
- Answer incoming help desk phones, log detailed ticket notes, and respond to end-user support requests promptly and professionally.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for Microsoft Windows in domain environments, Office 365, Google Workspace, and anti-virus applications.
- Manage file/folder permissions, user accounts, and basic configurations within Active Directory and Group Policy.
