About the Role

The Business Systems Administrator will support the organization by designing and implementing efficient, integrated, and scalable business processes while serving as a subject matter expert across key business systems. This role will provide day-to-day systems support, administration, reporting, data management, and process improvement across platforms including Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Outreach, Gainsight, Conga, and other business applications.

This is a temporary,



full-time position expected to last approximately six months although the presente duration may vary based on business needs. The position is expected to work approximately 40 hours per week and may be performed remotely from anywhere within the United States.

Responsibilities

- Provide systems support to the organization.

- Under minimal supervision, respond to, research, and resolve issues with internal applications, such as Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and lite administration for Outreach, Gainsight and Conga

- Perform system administrator functions such as user, profile, role, and permission management, among other duties.

- Support departmental subject matter experts with reporting, dashboards and data loads.
