At Dragos, the mission is personal. The systems we protect deliver the water you drink, power your home, and keep the hospitals your community depends on running. Those critical infrastructure systems that power our civilization around the world are under attack every day by adversaries. When those systems fail, people are immediately at risk. We are the integral leader in xOT cybersecurity, combining technology, threat intelligence, and expert services. The people here chose this work because they understand what is at stake. Here, you will find a remote-first mission-driven team across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC built on authenticity, transparency, and trust. If safeguarding the systems that protect your family, friends, and community is the kind of work that matters to you, you are in the right place.

About the Role:

In Revenue Operations, our mission is to give the go-to-market organization systems it can trust — fast to use, accurate by default, and built to scale ahead of the business.

The Business Systems team owns the platforms that carry a deal from first touch to booked order.

We’re looking for a Lead Business Systems Engineer to build in that lead-to-order stack: marketing automation, sales engagement, CRM, quoting and deal management, contracting and e-signature, and the handoff into ERP and billing. You won’t own the target architecture — you’ll know it cold and build inside it. That means designing and shipping complex applications and solutions on Salesforce and connected platforms, standing up integrations that hold under load, and taking on the technical debt that slows everyone else down. This is a hands-on role: your week ends with something in production, not a diagram.

Responsibilities:

-
- Know our lead-to-order architecture better than anyone — data models, integration patterns, automation, and security model — and build within it rather than around it
- Design and build complex applications and solutions on Salesforce
