As HR Business Partner in our Barcelona-based regional team, you will own HR operations and labor-law compliance for Sweden, Germany, and the UK. You will guide the full employee lifecycle, payroll collaboration, and HRIS initiatives, shaping people strategies that connect to business goals. You’ll partner with country leads to drive cross-border HR programs and deliver high-quality employee experiences. Responsabilidades
- Own end-to-end HR operations for Sweden, Germany, and the UK across the employee lifecycle
- Manage contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits administration
- Coordinate regional payroll preparations with external advisors




- Serve as regional labor-law and compliance expert (German focus, including Swedish and UK frameworks)
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management with coaching for managers
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business goals
- Address inquiries via internal ticketing with high data accuracy and service quality
- Support migration/implementation of HRIS from Workday to HiBob
- Support learning and development and promote an inclusive culture
- Travel occasionally to London, Stockholm, and Munich for key events

Requisitos principales
- 3+ years as HR Business Partner or 360-degree HR operations in consulting, professional services, or scale-ups
- Strong xbhjioe knowledge of German labor law; familiarity with Swedish and UK labor laws
- Professional fluency in German and English; Swedish a plus
- Experience managing full employee lifecycle, payroll prep, and operational HR
