You will combine recruiting expertise with strong sales drive to bring talented candidates and client companies together seamlessly. Whether you choose to work up to 100% remote or directly from a workspace in the heart of Palma, this key position offers high responsibility and plenty of creative freedom.

Here is what your daily work involves:

- Building and continuously developing a qualified pool of freelance recruiters
- Identifying, screening, and placing suitable candidates for permanent roles and freelance mandates
- Acquiring new B2B clients, developing existing business relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle to successful closing
- Tracking pipeline, conversion rates, margins, and placement fees reliably
- Developing scalable recruiting and sales processes along with quality standards
- Working closely with internal teams across sales, recruiting, marketing, finance, and operations

What you bring to the role:
- Professional experience in recruiting,



staffing, talent acquisition management, or freelancer placement
- Full proficiency in the 360 recruiting process—from candidate sourcing and client consulting to profile marketing and closing
- Strong sales drive and hands-on experience in B2B acquisition and closing client orders
- An independent, structured, and reliable way of working, maintaining control even when managing multiple parallel processes
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar software is an advantage
