Задачи:

- Lead and coach the sales team on managing and improving cold-calling strategies, building relationships with potential clients, uncovering their business needs, and recommending suitable ADP products and services
- Drive business growth by reaching and exceeding sales goals
- Cross-sell ADP products and solutions to existing accounts
- Collaborate daily with internal and external customers and maintain good customer relations

Требования:

- 1-3 Years of experience managing a sales team
- Goal-oriented, with a proven ability to reach and exceed monthly and yearly quotas
- Strong organization, time management, and activity management skills
- Excellent MS Office systems literacy
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience combining sales technology, AI-driven tools, and data insights to drive pipelines and revenue
