- Ensureallrecruitmentprocessesaredeliveredwithinagreedtimelinesandhiringmetrics.
- Prepareregularandadhocrecruitmentreportsforbusinessstakeholders.
- Managerelationshipswithexternalrecruitmentvendorsandstaffingpartnerswhenrequired.
- Actasatrustedadvisorthroughoutthehiringprocess,maintainingregularcommunicationwithcandidatesandhiringmanagers.
- DeliverapositivecandidateexperienceandrepresentMcCannprofessionallyacrossalltouchpoints.
