Fundación MEDINA in Spain offers a PhD position within the MSCA Doctoral Network PANDORA to study pathomechanisms and drug optimization for AMD. The project combines stem cell biology, retinal disease modelling and high-content imaging to identify protective compounds against oxidative stress.
You will culture human iPSCs, differentiate to RPE, develop screening assays, analyze high-dimensional data and participate in international secondments within the network.
