Задачи

- Lead AI projects from initiation through delivery and transition to service
- Act as Project Manager and Scrum Master for AI initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and guide architecture, design, and solution consistency decisions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary AI, backend, frontend, RPA, QA, and security teams
- Ensure contractual milestones, SLAs, and quality requirements are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks, including AI-specific risks
- Support critical incident management, including availability outside working hours when necessary

Требования





- At least 8 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years on AI projects
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing solution delivery
- Practical experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Solid knowledge of AI-based solutions and automation projects
- Able to act as a technical reference without working as a full-time developer
