Overview

As Expert SW Engineer in Mobile you will help design, implement, and maintain reusable connectivity solutions to simplify interoperability across Roche diagnostics and partner systems. You work within an Agile environment, guiding architecture, quality, and ASDLC adoption while mentoring others. Your role centers on building robust, scalable software that connects diagnostics instruments, LIS, HIS, and edge systems, with a strong customer-centric mindset. You contribute to the mission of improving patient access to healthcare by delivering efficient, high-quality solutions. You will collaborate across cross‑functional teams and influence decision-making to maximize impact.

Responsabilidades

- Lead technical discussions and complex initiatives within the team
- Design, develop, deploy, and validate connectivity solutions for diagnostics environments
- Maintain and evolve existing deployments across Roche while ensuring quality and best practices




- Influence architectural decisions and AI strategy with product managers and stakeholders
- Lead ASDLC adoption and ways of working to improve delivery efficiency
- Collaborate with business, architecture, and external partners to deliver customer-centric solutions

Requisitos principales

- Deep knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, POCT1-A, ASTM, LIS/HIS)
- Proven hands-on C#/.NET development experience
- Experience with end-to-end SDLC and ensuring maintainable code
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish proficiency for collaboration
- Mentoring skills and ability to lead technical discussions
- Understanding of cloud/frontend technologies and AI tooling integration
