Overview

In this role you will drive interoperable connectivity solutions within Roche Diagnostics, focusing on reusable software to simplify integration across diagnostics systems. You will lead technical discussions, mentor teammates, and align architecture with product goals while maintaining quality standards. You’ll contribute to end-to-end SDLC, including AI tool integration, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, impactful software. Responsabilidades

- Lead technical discussions and drive complex initiatives within the team
- Influence architecture decisions and align with business stakeholders
- Design and deliver robust connectivity solutions for diagnostics environments
- Maintain and evolve existing deployments while validating new integrations
- Mentor developers and promote quality software practices




- Champion ASDLC adoption and modern ways of working in the team

Requisitos principales

- Deep healthcare interoperability and domain knowledge (HL7, POCT1-A, ASTM, LIS/HIS)
- Proven hands-on C#/.NET development with design patterns and TDD/BDD
- End-to-end SDLC ownership from requirements to deployment
- Experience integrating AI tools into development workflows and cloud/frontend tech
- Strong problem-solving and independent work style
- Fluent English and Spanish for agile collaboration
- Ability to lead and mentor teams and influence across architecture and product management
