We are looking for a talented part-time People Director (50-60%) to join our
dynamic team, at our Barcelona office. In this role, you will be exposed to an
international group spanning various business units, where your ability to




protect and nurture our culture and to excel at recruitment will be absolutely
key to your success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic HR & business partnering

* Act as HR Business Partner for all companies in the group.
* Ensure HR monitoring and compliance.
* Be accountable for the OKRs process, together with our Chief of Staff.
* Run the annual employee survey and propose an annual HR plan based on the
results.
* Own, monitor and act on the people dashboards to steer performance across
destinations.
* Prepare the people slides for our board meetings.

Culture, communication & engagement

* Be the guardian of our group's culture.
* Lead HR and internal communication projects (internal newsletters, AI
trainings, Learning & Development, etc.).
* Organise and host our annual offsite for the Eterniti and Emerald Stay team.

Talent acquisition & development

* Oversee recruitment and training.
* Participate in team members' onboardings and offbo
