Location: Barcelona, Spain – World Trade Center

Salary: €26,710 gross/year + up to €4,290 performance bonus

Join TP Spain as a Sales Acquisition Specialist for a leading travel and hospitality platform. You'll identify and engage professional hosts and business partners, manage the full acquisition pipeline, and guide new clients through onboarding.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in sales, business development or recruitment
• Strong outbound sales and target-achievement experience
• CRM experience, ideally Salesforce or HubSpot
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Experience with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
• Resilient, organized and customer-focused
