About the Role
As a CRM Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end
delivery of CRM campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, SMS
and in-app messaging, leveraging leading marketing automation platforms
including Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze.
You will act as a key connector between clients and multidisciplinary teams,
translating campaign briefs into actionable execution plans and ensuring
flawless delivery from concept to launch.
