The founding BDR is the most important sales position at workflows.io.
Workflows.io aims to become the #1 AI-native GTM services company in the world, and we will not be able to do so without a sales team that can scale and close deals in a predictable and repeatable way.

However, before thinking about closing deals at scale, we must first focus on generating enough top of funnel to feed our pipeline.

And this is exactly why this position is so pivotal to the company.

Currently, we are getting 80+ inbound organic meetings AND 230+ playbook downloads per month.

So we not only need to crack outbound lead gen, but also help us optimize our inbound funnel.
