Overview

In this role you lead the Scientific Product Delivery & Operations for our Barcelona-based team, translating strategy into coordinated delivery plans and governance. You partner with product owners, engineering leads, and key stakeholders to drive value realization and scalable execution. You provide delivery discipline, transparency, and cross-team alignment to advance open-source tools and AI workflows in clinical trial analysis. Responsabilidades
- Lead integrated planning for pilots, releases and rollouts with diverse stakeholders
- Oversee execution of pilot and release plans with visibility on progress, risks, and actions
- Establish portfolio planning processes and delivery governance
- Ensure roadmaps and success measures align with portfolio priorities
- Develop executive dashboards and portfolio reporting including cost of ownership
- Manage cross-team dependencies and vendor relationships
- Coach product owners on planning, stakeholder management and delivery discipline
- Promote consistent standards and ownership across product teams




- Support data-driven adoption and business outcome tracking during rollouts
- Enable leadership capability and accountability within the portfolio

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- Extensive experience leading complex technology, product, or portfolio initiatives
- Proven experience driving execution across multiple products, teams, and stakeholders
- Proven experience establishing delivery governance, portfolio management, and operational processes
- Strong experience with Agile product development and modern software delivery practices
- Experience supporting product organizations or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience using product KPIs to assess adoption, value, and improvement opportunities
- Strong leadership and influencing skills in matrix organizations
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with focus on execution and improvement
