As a hands-on product architect, you drive the end-to-end design of AI and automation products within the DEX domain, aligning with enterprise standards. You bridge product ambitions with scalable, compliant architectures across data, identity, cloud, security, and observability, while ensuring human oversight and operational accountability. You collaborate with product teams, engineers, and risk partners to deliver measurable value for employees and operations. Responsabilidades
- Lead AI & automation product streams with product, business and tech stakeholders
- Maintain understanding of the product and application portfolio within the domain
- Perform end-to-end solution design within DEX domain direction and enterprise standards
- Engage architecture and governance stakeholders to secure design approvals and ensure standards are followed
- Align product designs to DEX domain direction, target architecture and enterprise standards




- Identify reuse and integration opportunities across Digital Foundations, Digital Workplace and Workforce AI & Automation
- Work with Operations Factory on AI4DEX, workflow automation, and reusable patterns
- Ensure products have clear lifecycle, service and control models before deployment

Requisitos principales
- Architecture or senior technical leadership for AI, automation, low-code, SaaS or digital products in a complex organization
- Experience translating requirements into compliant end-to-end designs
- Ability to support product change from discovery through implementation and operation
- Design authority on decisions, risks, dependencies, and technical debt
- Hands-on knowledge to challenge designs and guide delivery
- Strong expertise in enterprise AI, automation, data access, identity, APIs, cloud services and orchestration
- Experience with responsible AI, privacy, security, resilience, and observability
