Ardora III-V is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our III-V foundry team in Vigo. You will drive epitaxy process performance, develop and transfer recipes for Ga N, In P and Ga As, and perform structured DOE studies to enable robust, high-yield manufacturing.
