In this senior product leadership role, you own the MetaDefender Endpoint portfolio from vision to execution, guiding multiple endpoint use cases and agent flavors across desktop and mobile. You will partner with global R&D;, shape a platform strategy, and grow both a commercial business and a free community edition. Your AI-first mindset will drive efficiency, adoption, and cross-team collaboration to protect critical IT/OT assets at scale.

Responsabilidades
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for MetaDefender Endpoint, aligning with business goals and market needs
- Drive patch management and compliance as a growth engine across environments (including air-gapped and OT)
- Champion the endpoint platform as a shared foundation used by multiple product lines
- Own all endpoint agent flavors across Windows/macOS desktop and iOS/Android mobile
- Lead with an AI-first approach to requirements, analysis, and delivery
- Grow and manage the free community edition and convert adoption to commercial value
- Work closely with R&D; to craft crisp requirements, trade-offs, and timely releases
- Build the business model, pricing, packaging, and partnerships to expand reach
- Lead market and competitive analysis to inform prioritization and positioning
- Foster user-centered development through feedback, usage data, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery with engineering, sales, marketing, and support




- Establish KPIs and monitor performance to guide product improvements
- Communicate strategy and results to internal and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-disciplinary team

Requisitos principales
- 10+ years in product management with leadership experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure software
- Broad ownership of an endpoint portfolio (compliance, patch management, vulnerability management, zero-trust access)
- Deep domain knowledge in cybersecurity, endpoint security, data protection, threat prevention, and device posture/compliance
- Hands-on, technically credible working with R&D; on architecture and trade-offs
- Experience delivering multi-platform endpoint software (Windows/macOS desktop, iOS/Android mobile)
- Platform thinking: experience building shared platforms used by multiple teams
- AI-first mindset and practical application of AI in product work
- Experience with community/product-led growth and converting adoption to revenue
- Business & partnerships experience (pricing, packaging, GTM, tech/channel partnerships)
- Track record of delivering products from concept to launch with measurable outcomes
- Analytical, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-functional and leadership credibility
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
