confident assistance when it matters most. * Represent Jet2holidays during hotel visits and respond to queries via video call & messaging, delivering friendly and efficient support. * Work as one team by supporting our Airport team on busy flight days to ensure a smooth start and end to customers’ journeys. Requirements * Right to work documents: full right to work documents for Spain (DNI / NIE / TIE). * Travel & accommodation: driver with access to your own motorised vehicle with appropriate insurance; operational travel expenses reimbursed; must be living in Ibiza. * Flexibility: roster 4 weeks in advance; roster may include early starts, late finishes, split shifts & weekend working; required to support during flight disruption, serious emergencies, and customer escalations. * Skills & experience: customer service experience is a plus but not essential; solution orientated, friendly & positive; confident and comfortable using digital systems on a tablet device. #J-18808-Ljbffr
