and employee experience.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced mobility professional who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment and wants to contribute to a business that is shaping the future of sustainable energy.How You Will Make an Impact- Serve as the central point of contact for employees, managers, HR teams, and external vendors throughout the lifecycle of international assignments.- Manage short-term and long-term international assignments, providing end-to-end guidance and support to assignees and their families.- Collaborate closely with Project Worker Coordinators, Advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure assignments are delivered efficiently and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.- Coordinate with external partners and service providers to facilitate immigration, relocation, tax, and assignment-related services.- Monitor assignment activities to ensure timely delivery, high-quality service, and a positive employee experience.- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and levels of seniority.- Contribute to General Mobility initiatives and continuous improvement projects that enhance assignment processes and programs.Your Background- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Tax, Law, Human Resources, or another relevant discipline.- 3-5 years of experience in Global Mobility, international assignment management, employee services, or a related field.- Knowledge of international assignment administration, immigration, taxation, and employment regulations.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,



with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and geographies.- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.- A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.More About UsWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
