We are looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join a renowned gastronomic restaurant located in the heart of Castroverde de Campos (Zamora) awarded 1 Michelin Star and 1 Michelin Green Star.
The restaurant’s cuisine combines Castilian culinary traditions with contemporary techniques, with a strong focus on local produce. It is a distinctive gastronomic project where food, hospitality and a deep connection to the region come together.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in fine dining restaurants.
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a demanding environment.
- Excellent level of Spanish.
- Own car is essential due to the restaurant’s rural location.
- EU work permit required.
What is offered
- €25,000 gross annual salary (approximately €2083 per month)
