We are looking fora ASIC Technical Managerto join an important Project located in Madridin On-site job modality.

What are we looking for?

- An/a ASIC Technical Manager, with at least 10 years of experience.
- Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.

- Work Model:On-site
- Work Schedule:Complete

Requirements:
- You have participated in complete ASIC development cycles.
- You have hands‑on experience with tape‑outs and integrated circuit manufacturing.
- You have designed complex SoCs based on RISC‑V, ARM, or other equivalent architectures.
- Integration of third‑party IPs and complex subsystems.
- Knowledge of front‑end and/or back‑end workflows.
- Experience in advanced verification using UVM methodologies.
- Experience in DFT, ATPG, MBIST/LBIST, and silicon validation activities.
- Experience with technologies ranging from 22 nm to 65 nm (preferred).
- Proficiency with Cadence, Synopsys, or Siemens EDA tools.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams focused on design, verification, physical implementation, and testing.

Experience particularly valued:

- Direct participation in successful tape‑outs.
- Experience with more than one technology node.
- Technical leadership of ASIC design teams.
- Experience coordinating activities with foundries, design houses, technology centers, and IP providers.

What will your responsibilities be?You will serve as the Technical Manager specializing in ASICs, acting as a point of reference, providing technical leadership, and managing the team to ensure the successful completion of CIFRA’s cutting‑edge project—which has a strong security component—in the fields of Space and Defense.
