Overview In this role, you drive a world-class Operational Excellence program across international sites. You partner with site leaders to reduce waste, variation, and complexity while anchoring a customer-centric mindset in daily operations. You will lead maturity assessments, define annual improvement roadmaps, and implement foundational pillars like MDI, Leader Standard Work, 5S, and robust problem-solving. You will also champion digital, data-driven manufacturing initiatives (MES/Analytics) to deliver measurable outcomes.
