Seqera, based in Barcelona, is seeking a Machine Learning Research Engineer to own the improvement loop for a research engine built on the Seqera Platform. You will design the evaluation flywheel, build data pipelines, and post-train small models to improve generation, ranking, and execution of scientific ideas. You will collaborate with the Founding Scientist and a fast-moving team in-office in Barcelona. Proficiency in Python, Py Torch, transformers, TRL, PEFT, v LLM, and a strong open-source #J-18808-Ljbffr
