Grenergy, a Spanish multinational clean energy producer, is seeking an EPC Legal Counsel to join its team in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Spain. This role involves providing comprehensive legal advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making within the renewable energy sector.
Key Eligibility Criteria

Previous experience of 5 years in similar legal roles.
Law Degree; specific training in the field is valued.




Very high and fluent level of English.
High proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability for legal analysis, negotiation, and drafting of legal documents.
Effective, consistent, and orderly communication and writing skills.
High work organization and good planning capacity.
Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
Experience with clients in the renewable/energy sector is valued.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Provide comprehensive legal advice to the company, ensuring regulatory compliance and correct interpretation and application of laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Support strategic decision-making through legal risk analysis and the preparation of legal documents.
Offer legal support in specific renewable energy projects.
Legally advise various departments within the company.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, including construction, engineering, supply, and service contracts typical of the construction and infrastructure sector.
Prepare legal opinions.
