In this role, you help turn security data into actionable insights that inform leadership decisions and govern risk across a global organization. You will partner with security and technology teams to improve governance processes using data, automation, and AI-powered solutions. You’ll contribute to security reporting, risk management, and the operation of GRC platforms. The position blends analytics with governance to strengthen cyber risk posture and compliance. This is an opportunity to shape security practices at adidas while working across disciplines.

Responsabilidades

- Information Security Reporting: create dashboards and data-driven insights on cybersecurity performance, risks, and trends to support decision-making

Requisitos principales

- College or university degree with focus on IT,



or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in cybersecurity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800-53, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
- Basic understanding of information xkdbapo security risk management, controls, and governance concepts
- Experience with data, reporting, dashboards, or analytics tools for decision making
- Ability to translate information from multiple sources into actionable insights
