Job Description: A new role for the ERP Program PMO department is open. If you are looking for new project management challenges and being part of a team that makes project execution dynamic and exciting, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing and integrating schedules, budgets, resources, and quality metrics.
- Scheduling and planning programs/projects, including task distribution.
- Managing project risks and opportunities.
- Supervising, controlling, and reporting on performance (milestone tracking) and phase reviews.
- Controlling contractual data configuration and managing changes.
- Managing the implementation of new project management tools and processes.
- Collaborating closely with other PMOs in an international environment.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Team working skills, empathy, and a proactive, eager-to-work mindset.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a PMO role (PMP certification is welcome but not strictly required).
- Experience with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with planning tools such as UPI and Forge IPT will be a plus.
- C1 level of English.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory, as you will be communicating constantly with teams in France and Germany.
