As a team of 50 colleagues, we drive innovation for REWE digital in Germany.

The Incentive Assessment team is looking for a full stack developer.

The team plans and manages campaigns, coordinating resources, budgets, and data.

Its goal is to drive sales and strengthen customer loyalty through targeted campaigns.What you will do:Development and enhancement of a loyalty program, including the implementation of a campaign planning interface and the underlying technical logic for processing customer events that drive personalized incentive mechanisms.Be in close collaboration with different product roles and team membersBe engaged in the whole product development lifecycleBe part of cross-functional international teamWhat we are looking for:Minimum 5 years of extensive experience with Java and Spring Framework(Spring Boot, Spring Data,
