Overview Director of Product Management for ClickHouses security offerings owning the end-to-end strategy and roadmap. You will partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ship secure products and translate security needs into actionable specifications. You’ll drive multi-year investment plans, deep-dive on database security, networking, and IAM, and mentor other PMs on security-adjacent work. Externally, you’ll represent the security posture to customers, analysts, and prospects, using data to guide prioritization and GTM efforts. and documentation. * Monitor security feature performance in production and base decisions on data rather than intuition. * Act as the security SME for other PMs and provide guidance on security-adjacent problems. * Represent security roadmap externally to top customers, prospects, and analysts. Requisitos principales * 10+ years in product management for B2B SaaS with focus on security products or features and organizational security strategy experience. * Hands-on experience with database security principles and best practices. * Strong understanding of networking concepts and their security implications. * In-depth knowledge of IAM. * Security certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+). * Solid program management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams. * Experience representing product externally and translating technical security topics for non-technical audiences. * Experience mentoring other PMs, even informally. * Strong communication and presentation skills with good judgment on escalation vs. decision-making. * Comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities. * strong communication * leadership * cross-functional collaboration * database security * networking security * identity and access management (IAM)
