In this role, you will harness data to uncover opportunities, measure performance, and optimize Glovo’s marketing efforts across regions. You’ll lead 360 campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement through UAC and programmatic channels. You’ll own performance targets, run data-driven optimizations, and share insights to elevate team outcomes. This is a hands-on role with regional impact in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

- Lead and optimize high-impact regional campaigns (Africa, EE, Balkans, or SWE)
- Drive acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement via UAC and programmatic channels
- Own performance targets and deliver on key metrics to support growth




- Lead A/B testing and performance analysis to maximize efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, local teams, BI, and Martech to execute winning strategies

Requisitos principales

- 3-5+ years in performance marketing
- Strong focus on Google App Campaigns (preferably UAC) and programmatic advertising
- Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimize acquisition funnels for ROAS
- Deep understanding of digital measurement, attribution, and incrementality testing
- Strong analytical mindset and data-to-insights capability
- Experience managing large-scale xkdbapo campaigns and cross-team collaboration
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch, Appsflyer)
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
- Proactive communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive projects from strategy to execution
