In this role you will set and own the brand strategy for OLXs multi-brand portfolio across markets. You will shape brand architecture, governance, and measurement to ensure a cohesive portfolio with clear identity for each brand. You will lead the launch of a new corporate brand and oversee an in-house studio to support creative production. You will work across markets to drive scale, media investment, and a centralized approach to brand delivery. This is a strategic, high-impact position in a fast-growing, multi-brand environment.
Responsabilidades
- Define and own brand strategy and architecture for the full portfolio across markets
- Establish codes, tone of voice, approvals, and measurement standards for all brands
- Directly manage the core consumer brand across three markets
- Lead the launch and rollout of a new corporate brand
- Oversee social and community activities for the core brand and category brands
- Develop and govern media strategy, planning and investment across the group
- Manage channel strategy, investment governance, and major contract negotiations
- Run the central media buying desk
- Build and lead an in-house creative studio with local-language capability
- Oversee the agency roster and in-housing program
Requisitos principales
- Senior brand leadership in a multi-brand or portfolio business
- Experience building or overhaul of brand architecture across multiple brands
- Track record launching corporate/holding brands or large-scale brand programs
- Strong brand governance and verbal identity management
- Proven capability in brand measurement and equity tracking
- Experience in media strategy and investment at scale, including major contract negotiations
- Experience building or running an in-house studio or leading agency in-housing
- PR experience in a business with public exposure
- Demonstrated ability to build capabilities from scratch
- Fluent in English
