You should be comfortable working independently, managing the residence and getting stuck in when needed, while also being confident leading vendors, contractors and household staff.The role would suit someone with a strong private household, luxury hospitality, estate or property management background. A super yacht background is also welcome, particularly for candidates with a good understanding of property operations who are comfortable with the more technical and facilities side of the role.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the family's propertiesManage contractors,



vendors and service providers, including HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, pool and general maintenanceCarry out regular property inspections and ensure issues are dealt with proactivelySupervise the Household Facilities Technician and support household staffMaintain household manuals, SOPs, records and property-related expensesEnsure the residence is always impeccable, organised and guest-readyOversee housekeeping and support high-level in‑home hospitality and serviceAssist with entertaining, including table settings, florals, menus and eventsManage household supplies, amenities and beveragesSupport the Travel Host / Interior Manager when travellingAssist the family with occasional errands, school runs and household logisticsStay overnight at the residence when the family is travellingCandidate Profile10+ years' experience in luxury private households, property management, estate management or high‑end hospitalityStrong understanding of household systems and general property maintenanceConfident managing vendors, contractors and teamsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailService‑minded, hands‑on and solutions‑focusedComfortable around children and dogsTech‑savvy, with experience using Nines, SharePoint and Office 365Flexible and happy to support occasional evenings, weekends and overnight staysValid US driver's licence and ability to pass a background checkBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with 5% Match3 Weeks PTO9 Paid HolidaysAdditional InformationWe are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable and enjoys creating a well‑run environment.
