You will in charge of managing the whole marketing process until the lease contract signature. Once the mandate has been confirmed, the consultant will be responsible for developing the Business Plan for each of the assets under his / her responsibility. You will be focused on the identification of possible tenants for each mandate. You will analyze the tenant needs and requirements to find the best asset. Proactive in the active search for opportunities and mandates. You will periodically monitor the marketing status with the landlords.
