We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Inside Sales Representative to join an international team supporting small and medium-sized businesses for a general leader in the industry.This role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and business development, with an emphasis on generating and qualifying sales opportunities.Work Location: Athens, GreeceWork Model: On-siteLanguage: Dutch – C1/C2 level &English: C1 levelCompensation: €1,400 gross/month *14 month+bonus+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)Workşng Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekendsApplicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this positionYour Responsibilities- Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.- Generate and qualify sales leads.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.- Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.- Present relevant cloud products, solutions,



and upgrades.- Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.- Identify opportunities for business growth.- Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.- Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.Requirements- Dutch proficiency at C1 level.- Business English proficiency at C1 level.- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.- Strong accountability and motivation.- Good PC skills and confidence using online tools and applications.- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.What We Offer- €1,400 gross monthly salary for 14 months- Quarterly performance bonus of up to 60% of one gross salary, with additional earning potential based on overachievement.- Transportation bonus of up to €100 per month after training, based on eligible on-site working days.- Fully paidtraining in product, IT, cloud, and sales training,- International working environment.- Professional development opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
