Overview In this role you will support Private Bankers in Barcelona, handling client orders, account openings and documentation while coordinating with back-office teams. You will manage new loans and inheritances and document client meetings and investment proposals under MIFID. You’ll interact with various internal teams, building cross-functional partnerships in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. compliance and legal teams * Develop knowledge of the private banking business and balance client-facing tasks with hands-on operations Requisitos principales * Bachelor in Business Administration/Finance and MIFID compliance certification * 2–3 years of experience in a Middle Office role within Private Banking * Strong Windows and Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) * Deep understanding of financial products, taxes, banking operations and Bloomberg * Strong client and problem-solving skills with effective communication at all levels * Ability to work under pressure with high responsibility and meticulous risk-aware approach * Fluency in Spanish and English * Commitment to diversity and inclusive culture * Curiosity about how AI can improve workflows, with sound judgment * client focus * strong communication * problem-solving * Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) * Bloomberg * MIFID compliance knowledge
