Overview In this role you will help turn teams into high-performing units by deploying Agile methods and guiding leaders across the organization. You will work with the Agile Team to advance agility, learning, and collaboration, shaping how we deliver customer-centric products and value. You’ll coach across product, tech, and business areas, driving change at scale while embracing new approaches. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence strategy, governance, and execution in a hybrid, multi-city setup. and prioritize initiatives to maximise impact and align with strategic goals * Design and support deployment of the eDOs development approach to optimise resources and deliver customer-centric products and services * Provide Agile coaching and training to Product Owners, Dev Teams, and broader business, including Kanban coaching * Expose product and technology teams to Lean, Kanban, and other agile thinking to foster experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement * Create, build, and facilitate customized workshops and training sessions Requisitos principales * 3+ years’ experience in technology organizations with Agile/Kanban coaching * Deep knowledge of Agile principles and ability to transfer understanding at all levels * Results-driven with ability to execute and embed Agile practices * Consulting and facilitation skills for coaching technical and business teams in Agile adoption and improvement * Conflict management skills * High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships across organization levels * Excellent presentation and training skills * Fluency in English * Conflict management * Emotional intelligence * Presentation and training skills * Agile methodologies (Kanban) * Lean thinking * Kanban coaching
