About the Role

We are looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In this role, you will support German-speaking customers with billing-related inquiries while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who would like to develop their career in an international environment.

The position is initially on-site in Sofia , with the possibility for top performers to move to a hybrid work model after 4 months .

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work Model: On-site (for top performershybrid work model after 4 months) Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday - Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross/month × 14 salaries in a year
- Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross
- Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers can earn more than €1,000/month
- €1,000 Signing Bonus ( €500 after training -€500 after 6 months)
- Relocation Support:2 weeks of Airbnb accommodation,



Up to €255 reimbursement for flight ticket expenses , paid with the first salary

What You'll Do

- Support German-speaking customers with questions related to invoices and billing.
- Deliver friendly, clear, and professional assistance to customers.
- Explain billing details and assist customers in resolving any related concerns.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective and professional communication.
- Collaborate with team members to provide smooth and efficient customer service.

What We're Looking For

- Strong proficiency in German C1/C2 .
- B1/B2 levelin English
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a structured and professional environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sofia.
