Responsabilidades * Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals * Oversee end-to-end procurement projects from supplier selection to contract management and delivery * Lead and mentor a team of buyers, agents, and coordinators * Identify potential suppliers, conduct due diligence, and negotiate favorable terms * Monitor procurement costs, seek cost-saving opportunities,



and optimize resource allocation * Foster strategic supplier relationships and resolve supply chain issues * Ensure procurement activities comply with regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate records * Establish quality control standards and perform ongoing process and performance assessments * Manage the procurement budget and leverage technology to improve processes and reporting Requisitos principales * 5+ years of experience in procurement and project management * Experience with SAP Order Management Module, BRP900, PowerBI, AI Applications * Proven track record of managing complex procurement projects * Strong negotiation and contract management skills * Budget management and financial acumen * Knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management * Strategic thinking * Independent decision-making * Strong analytical mindset * SAP Order Management Module * BRP900 * PowerBI
