No prior AI experience is required.Scope of Work- Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.- Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.- Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.- Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.- Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.- Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ,



ticketing, and other integrated tools.- Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.Preferred Qualifications- 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.- Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.- Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.- Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.- Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.- Experience working in SaaS environments.- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
