As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our team and help drive our financial operations forward.Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all bookkeeping and financial operations for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations- Supervise and mentor an accounting assistant, providing guidance, task delegation, and performance oversight- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts on a regular basis- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries- Ensure compliance with local Spanish tax regulations as well as international financial reporting requirements- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed- Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets- Monitor cash flow, budgeting,



and financial planning activities to support business decision-making- Manage payroll processing and related compliance requirements- Support international financial operations, including multi-currency transactions and cross-border reporting- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations- Maintain and organize financial records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements- Attend in-office meetings and collaborative sessions at the Valencia headquarters on an as-needed basisRequirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalentprofessional certification preferred- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role- Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements- Experience with international financial operations and multi-currency accounting- Proficiency in accounting software (e.G., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel- Demonstrated experience managing or supervising accounting staff- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while maintaining clear and consistent communication with the team- Willingness and ability to travel to the Valencia, Spain office on an as-needed basis- Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in English is strongly preferred- Experience in the technology or data solutions industry is a plus- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders#J-18808-Ljbffr
