No prior AI experience is required.Scope of Work- Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.- Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.- Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.- Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.- Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.- Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions,



and transaction sensitivities.- Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.Preferred Qualifications- Experience as a Senior Associate or Vice President in M&A, investment banking, or industry coverage.- Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.- Strong expertise in Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.- Experience with company research, target screening, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook preparation.- Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
