We are looking for a Footwear Designer Junior who will support the end-to-end footwear design process, from conceptual ideation and TechPack creation to market trend analysis and sustainable prototyping, ensuring high standards of innovation, quality, and brand alignment.

Your responsibilities:
Footwear Design Assistant
• Assist in the footwear design process, from concept ideation to production-ready designs

• Create and manage all footwear TechPacks

• Build colour TechPacks based on the team’s requests and direction.

• Create and compile detailed sample comments to communicate prototype revisions and next steps to suppliers.

• Contribute to Colour Proposals for all Footwear

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and production, to ensure alignment with brand vision and strategy.

Innovation & Trend Contributor
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to help drive innovation in footwear design.
