WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Personal Trainer, you'll help members build healthier lifestyles through encouragement, accountability, and expert coaching.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading engaging personal training sessions
* Coaching Fitness Consultations and selling personal training packages
* Teaching safe and effective exercise technique
* Helping members set realistic goals and create action plans
* Tracking progress and celebrating member successes
* Providing education on healthy habits and basic nutrition
* Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every member
* Supporting the growth of our Personal Training program through new sales, client retention, and referrals
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional training environment
