In this role you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for security-focused features. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver robust, secure products that meet customer needs. You will translate security requirements into clear specs, prioritize the backlog, and drive go-to-market and launch activities. Responsabilidades

- Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security-focused features and products.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver secure, high-quality products.




- Translate complex security requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize backlog and manage trade-offs to maximize business value and customer satisfaction.
- Lead product launch activities, including go-to-market, sales enablement, and documentation.
- Monitor product performance and iterate features based on data and user feedback.
- Serve as the security subject matter expert within the organization.

Requisitos principales

- Minimum 8+ years in product management in B2B SaaS with a focus on security products/features.
- Experience with database security principles and best practices.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and security implications.
- In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM).
- Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+).
- Experience in quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Background in program management including planning, execution, and risk management. xcgbitx
