In this role you will support Private Bankers in Barcelona, handling client orders, account openings and documentation while coordinating with back-office teams. You will manage new loans and inheritances and document client meetings and investment proposals under MIFID. You’ll interact with various internal teams, building cross-functional partnerships in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Responsabilidades

- Support Private Bankers with execution and follow-up of client orders, account openings, documentation, transfers and opening new securities
- Coordinate operations with back-office teams and manage new loans/inheritances




- Document client meetings and investment proposals in line with MIFID regulations
- Work closely with product, credit, risk, compliance and legal teams
- Develop knowledge of the private banking business and balance client-facing tasks with hands-on operations

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Business Administration/Finance and MIFID compliance certification
- 2–3 years of experience in a Middle Office role within Private Banking
- Strong Windows and Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Deep understanding of financial products, taxes, banking operations and xcgbitx Bloomberg
- Strong client and problem-solving skills with effective communication at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure with high responsibility and meticulous risk-aware approach
- Fluency in Spanish and English
