As a Staff/Senior SRE in Factorial's Infrastructure team, you will own and shape the reliability of the 24/7 platform, partnering with product engineers to scale performance, security, and availability. You’ll lead technical discussions, guide junior engineers, and drive large initiatives with a product-centric mindset. You’ll define quarterly roadmaps and share knowledge through RFCs, mentoring, and tech sessions. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a fast-growing, office-first culture.

Responsabilidades

- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features with reliability in mind
- Identify, troubleshoot,



and resolve software defects and systemic issues
- Own big initiatives, define quarterly roadmaps, and align technical needs with business goals
- Review code and provide constructive feedback; learn and share knowledge through RFCs and mentoring
- Contribute to a culture of engineering quality through pairing, mentoring, and knowledge sharing

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years of Software/Systems Engineering experience
- 5+ years as Cloud SRE
- Solid experience monitoring and troubleshooting large-scale cloud deployments
- Hands-on xcgbitx with Terraform or Ansible for IaC
- Observability experience with Datadog, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry
- Proficiency with AWS or Azure
- Ability to debug issues in Kubernetes clusters
- Experience managing large MySQL clusters with HA configuration
- Strong problem decomposition and communication in English
